Margaret Demordzie (CEO)
Margaret Demordzie is a Ghanaian hospitality professional, entrepreneur, and project manager based in the Greater Accra Region. She is the Chief Executive Officer of MAGDEMO Events and has over a decade of experience providing top-tier catering and hospitality management services in the corporate and mining sectors.
- MAGDEMO Events: Founder and CEO of the catering and project management firm, operating in Greater Accra.
- AngloGold Ashanti: Serves as a Project Manager in Tarkwa, Western Region, overseeing hospitality and catering operations.
- Past Roles: Held roles at Fidelity Bank Ghana, Golden Tulip Hotels, and the M J Grand Hotel, which helped build her foundation in customer service and business administration. Education:Margaret Demordzie holds an extensive academic background tailored to the hospitality industry:
- Master’s Degree: Hospitality Administration and Management from the Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology (KNUST).

Isaac Danso
(Project Manager)

Isaac Danso is a graduate of the University of Cape Coast, where he earned a BSc in Medical Laboratory Science. He currently serves as Project Manager at Magdemo Events and Contracts Catering, having risen through the ranks over 7 years of dedicated service to the company. With a strong foundation in medical sciences and extensive expertise in project management, he combines analytical precision with effective leadership to deliver results in the events and catering industry.

Osei yaw daabo
(health and safety officer)
Results-driven and safety-focused HSE Engineer holding a Bachelor of Science degree in Environmental and Safety Engineering with over 4 years of cross-sector experience in
construction, solar power, oil & gas (downstream), hospitality, and heavy equipment operations.
Proven ability to build strong safety cultures, ensure regulatory compliance, and lead teams in
dynamic, high-risk environments. Adept in risk assessment, crane and lifting supervision,
emergency response, and safety training.

Atakpa Kingsley Dela
(Head of Purchasing & Chef / Store manager)
